Outward Bound (OB) is a national non-profit educational organization in the United States that has more than 1,000,000 alumni and serves more than 45,000 young people and adults each year from communities across the United States.

We are searching for a leader with a strong commitment to educational equity for BIPOC youth and explicit support for anti-racist work.
The Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EID) Director works in partnership with the OBUSA leadership team to be a change agent within the organization. The Director will operationalize EID goals in OBUSA’s strategic plan by
