Position Summary
United Hospital Fund (UHF) seeks a conscientious, highly organized, and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support the activities of the Quality Institute. The Program Assistant will provide administrative and programmatic support for the Quality Institute as well as engage in research, analysis, content production, and convening activities. The Program Assistant reports to the Director of Quality and Efficiency and supports the entire Quality Institute team. The Quality Institute partners with key stakeholders, develops and promotes innovative quality monitoring and improvement strategies to strengthen and spread best practices across the spectrum of health care settings. We tackle tough questions about how to define and assess quality, engage patients in the delivery of improving services, address health inequities, and are developing the next generation of health care quality improvement leaders.
