POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with brand advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives across the Brand Marketing, NightLife, and Sales teams to support brand awareness, drive visitation and sales, and help achieve revenue goals. This position will support different sectors of the marketing team and contribute to the Academy’s mission to regenerate the natural world by engaging the public and inviting guests to discover world-class exhibits, events, and experiences. This position is full time and reports to the Marketing Manager.

The position is a hybrid of on-site/work from home in California and can change as business needs warrant. The candidate must easily be able to work onsite at the Academy located in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco when needed. Candidates are required to have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, including receiving a booster shot, absent qualifying exemptions in accordance with applicable laws. Must be able to perform repetitive motions 80% of the time. This position requires moving throughout indoor and outdoor museum spaces during daylight and occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
