  Job Description

Global Teams International, Inc., a Christian non-profit missionary training and sending organization, is seeking a skilled Administrator to work at the North America Base in Winter Springs, Florida.

Position type: Full Time

Salary: $35,000 - $42,000

Reports to: North America Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • North America Director Administrative Support
  • Assist International Field Partners with visits to North America
  • Work with NA Director to establish Base Budget
  • Coordinate On-boarding Process for New Field Partners
  • Set up Psych Evaluations for new Field Partners
  • Assist the Partner Care Coordinator in Setting up Field Partner Mental Health Support
  • Establish Initial Personal and Project Budgets for Field Partners
  • Review Field Partner and Project Budgets Annually
  • Review & Analyze Field Partner Disbursement & Reimbursement Requests
  • Finance Report Review
  • Work with IT support providers
  • Security (policy/compliance)
  • Assist with Legal Compliance
  • Facility Management
  • Assist with Board Financial Report
  • Assist with Setting Up Board Meetings
  • Coordinate Housing, Meeting Space, Meals, etc. for On-Site Board & Lead Team Meetings
  • Assist with Audit Preparation
  • Assist with Tax Preparation
  • Keep up and Revise North America Policy Manuals as Needed
  • Benefits

  • Assist Other Personnel with Financial/Organizational Matters, as needed
  • Establish Procedures to Improve on Various Processes
  • Assist in Establishing and Maintaining Ministry Partnerships
  • Make Decisions on Behalf of North America Director when Necessitated by Travel
  • Coordinate Volunteers for hard copy mailings, merging labels, thank you notes & calls. and filing appropriate documents into Box, Smartsheet, office filing cabinet
  • Coordinate Travel for Staff as needed
  • Assist with Travel Policies and Travel Insurance
  • Assist in Visa and Permit requisition
  • Answer the Phone
  • Other Duties as Assigned
