A West LA non-profit is in search of an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is currently temporary, but for the right candidate it could go full-time. Duties for the role include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel and also booking conference rooms. The candidate will also be handling phone and email correspondence on behalf of the CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism and strong organizational skills. On the full time side this role pays up to $50K if it goes permanent.
