Overview: The Human Resources & Diversity and Inclusion Intern performs a variety of administrative and operational duties that are aligned with strengthening organizational systems, policies and the employee experience (from recruitment through retirement).
Internship Project: The Human Resources and Diversity Initiative Intern will work cross-departmentally on numerous projects that will enrich their understanding of the museum Industry. The intern will assist with the development of new employee programs (e.g. onboarding and mentoring), background curriculum design for training, and research and development of professional training programs. Additional projects include digitizing 2016 & 2017 termed employee files, preparing new hire packets, and performing administrative work.
