POSITION SUMMARY Together with the Special Assistant to the Executive Director, supports the Executive Director and manages day-to-day operations of the Executive Office on matters related to law school deans, key volunteer leadership, allied and other higher education organizations. Provides principal support in the implementation and administration of special projects in pursuit of the goals of the office of the Executive Director. Facilitates the interactions of the Executive Director and staff as they work to implement AALS’s mission.
Representing the Executive Office, serves as key liaison for communications between the Executive Director and law school deans, and with external organizations. Participates in the execution of short-term and long-term goals and strategies of Executive Director’s office, as well as the strategic planning and organizational development activities of the organization.
