The Housing Trust Fund Project is seeking a staff person to build statewide networks of residents of affordable housing and to work on all aspects of providing information and technical assistance to organizations working to create and implement city, county or state housing trust funds.
This position reports to: Director of the Housing Trust Fund Project
The Center for Community Change recognizes a staff bargaining unit affiliated with IFPTE Local 70, a union for non-profit workers. This position is included in the CCC bargaining unit and covered under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel.
Salary & benefits: $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary. CCC offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and an excellent benefits package, which includes 4 weeks of vacation; paid leave between December 24 and January 1; 3% employer contribution to a 401k at time of hire and an additional 5% at six months of employment (8% employer contribution); and a choice of health insurance plans.
Location in Washington, DC preferred.
