At College Success Foundation, we provide students with the inspiration, mentoring, counseling and financial support they need to navigate their individual path to college completion. Since 2000, College Success Foundation has been supporting low-income, underserved students those who might not otherwise get to college without our help. We do everything in our power to help students succeed! With our unique integrated system of supports and scholarships starting as early as middle school, we have helped 7,000 students graduate from college! Join us and help change lives through education. Currently College Success Foundation is recruiting for Summer Program Assistant to join our team.

Achievers College Experience (ACE) summer programs are 2-week college and career readiness experiences for rising 12th grade College Success Foundation (CSF) Achievers. Four ACE summer programs will take place across CSF Seattle schools in 2017. Summer program activities include college application workshops, college tours at various campuses in WA, SAT/ACT test prep, team building and networking with other Achievers and more. The goal of ACE summer programs is for students to be more equipped to develop, initiate and deliver on their post-secondary education plans during their senior year.

The Summer Program Assistant is responsible for providing program and administrative support to the CSF Seattle ACE summer program staff and volunteers. Four positions are available, one for each ACE summer program listed below. These are not residential/overnight summer programs that require living in dorms. Start and end dates of these positions will depend on summer program assignment (see below dates). Program assignments will run no more than 90 hours total (temporary assignments).


  • ACE Summer Programs- CSF Seattle
    • ACE Highline July 10 - July 21 (Highline HS & various college campuses)
    • ACE Seattle- July 10 - July 21 (Seattle Central College & various college campuses)
    • ACE Auburn July 24 - August 4 (Auburn HS & various college campuses)
    • ACE Kent- July 31- August 11 (Green River College & various college campuses)

Qualifications include: 

  • Must have access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience with event planning, administrative support, or youth development programming a plus.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
