Since 2000, College Success Foundation has been supporting low-income, underserved students those who might not otherwise get to college without our help. Join us and help change lives through education. Currently College Success Foundation is recruiting for College Preparatory Advisor (CPA) for 2 school locations to join our team.
The College Preparatory Advisor (CPA) provides high school students with academic and college planning support to equip them with the tools to successfully navigate the college admissions process. This support includes group mentoring support through the Hometown Mentor Program. The College Prep Advisor will support numerous cohorts annually in a collaborative manner with the high school administrators, school counselors and staff, other college access providers and other College Success Foundation staff.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five years of experience in fields related to mentoring, leadership development, youth development, education, teaching or counseling.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups, with particular emphasis on working with young people, ages 12 19.
