Community and Shelter Assistance Corporation of Oregon (CASA) is a statewide nonprofit housing and community development corporation specializing in affordable housing and community facilities development, administration of individual development account programs (IDAs) and the formation of cooperatives for manufactured housing park purchase. CASA is currently looking to add an FEOP Program Specialist – Withdrawals to our team. The FEOP Specialist is responsible for processing partner withdrawals in accordance with State and Federal guidelines. In addition to the skills and experience listed below we are looking for candidates with a passion for helping others, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. You must be comfortable performing recurring tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

CASA of Oregon is located in Sherwood, Oregon, fifteen miles southwest of Portland. Normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Employee must be able to sit for long durations of time and be comfortable working in an open office environment. A driver’s license and access to transportation are required. Travel statewide and out of state is necessary and may require overnight stays. CASA of Oregon values people who work hard and think outside of the box. Appropriate attire for the work environment, whether in the office, at a meeting, or on a construction site is required.
