Another Source’s client, Seattle Aquarium, is recruiting a Visitor Services Supervisor to join their team in Seattle. This position works Sunday through Thursday, exact shift will vary, most often 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Reporting directly to the Visitor Services and Membership Manager, the Visitor Services Supervisor is responsible for the admissions team and for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service for visitors to the Aquarium. The Visitor Services Supervisor supervises and works as one of the Aquarium’s Floor Leads, which requires regular interaction and collaboration with multiple departments, including visitor engagement, security, facilities and events.

This is an exempt role. The targeted salary range for this role is $52,000 – 57,000/year, dependent on experience. Includes Seattle Aquarium’s comprehensive benefits package: medical, vision, dental (subsidized dependent coverage also available), HRA, FSA, life insurance, long-term disability, subsidized transit (ORCA) pass, Aquarium Family Plus membership and generous paid time off.
