The Enterprise Manager will directly supervise a team of three part-time Assistant Enterprise Managers, and a staff of part-time Juma program based youth managers, who in turn manage a part-time staff of 100 youth ages 17-24 that are enrolled in Juma’s 6 month YouthConnect Program. This model sees an approximate annual turnover of 90% as clients transition to permanent employment and/or education, therefore ongoing training and development of the team is critical. The Enterprise Manager will also assist the Executive Director with supporting other Juma Enterprise operations and opportunities as they arise in the areas of expansion, branding, and coalition building.
This position involves a diverse skill set, interacting with an array of co-workers and partners from newly enrolled 17-24 year olds, to program officers, internal accounting teams, and high level executives. It is a very hands on position; you may find yourself moving between offices and stadiums, on your feet for long hours, training and coaching youth, or moving equipment after an event – potentially all in a single day. We are looking for a person not afraid to get dirty, trouble shoot malfunctioning equipment on the fly, or break down a pallet of ice cream for resale, all while strategically constructing a plan for increased efficiency and productivity.
