ABOUT THE POSITION:Coordinates all aspects of emergency shelter program housing for a nightly co-ed shelter. Responsible for directing, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating direct service staff to insure effective delivery of services. Works with Peter’s Place Program Manager to facilitate development and expansion of services and facility. Responsible for managing for client case plans and goals as well as on-going client assessment and support. Time is divided equally between direct service and administrative tasks.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Peter’s Place is a welcoming space where homeless men and women can find a path out of homelessness. People can seek refuge, meals and basic services as well as connect with case management, entitlements and other benefits, mental health counseling and nursing services. Services are available on a drop in basis, though guests are asked to register and agree to basic behavioral guidelines. By night, Peter’s Place opens its doors as an overnight shelter for 8 women and 38 men, creating a location for round-the-clock services for homeless men and women in Seattle.

LOCATION: Peter’s Place Program in North Beacon Hill Seattle
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SCHEDULE: 1pm to 9pm Sunday-Thursday (Plus nights & weekends as required)
SALARY RANGE: DOE and within Compass ranges
