Administrative Manager for Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness
ABOUT THE POSITION: The Administrative Manager reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and plays a critical role in partnering with the ED to strengthen the infrastructure and systems needed to enhance and sustain internal capacity and support the mission. This hands-on role is responsible for day-to-day administrative and financial systems including accounting, budgeting, human resources, and grants management. The Administrative Manager plays an integral role in transitioning the organization from fiscal sponsorship to 501(c)3 status. This position serves as Acting Executive Director during the Executive Director’s absence.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness (the Coalition) works collaboratively to ensure safety and survival for people who are homeless, and to end the crisis of homelessness in our region. Our current annual budget is $450,000. The Coalition operates under a fiscal sponsorship arrangement with Compass Housing Alliance (Compass), and this position will be employed through Compass. Compass develops and provides essential services and affordable housing for homeless and low-income people in the greater Puget Sound region. LOCATION: Headquarters in Pioneer Square
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SCHEDULE: Days; Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and evenings
SALARY RANGE: $48,000-$55,000 DOE

Familiarity with issues of homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, sexual assault, and/or domestic violence, desired.
