Position: FCCHEN Program Manager

The Community Child Care Council (4C Council) is a non-profit, community-based agency that serves as the community childcare link for families and childcare professionals who live and work in Santa Clara County, California. The agency and its staff are proud to serve the Silicon Valley families, for more than 44 years, with the support of the California Department of Education and other funders. The 4C Council provides education, information, referrals, childcare payments, and family supportive services to over fifty thousand parents, children, early care and education providers each year. Most recently, the agency also provides Senior Nutrition and Senior Wellness Services.
The FCCHEN Program Manager reports to the 4 Council Executive Director. The CFCC Program Manager is responsible for ensuring program components operate effectively and in compliance with all program contract regulations and standards. The manager is responsible for Budget operation. Directs the operations of all CFCC Child Development Coordinators staff to ensure all program services are provided in accordance with the Desired Results standards and the program’s State Funding Terms and Conditions regulations. The manager provides staff support to implement services and convenes the Child Development Work team, the Parent Advisory Committee.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education Administration, Business Administration, State of California Directors Permit, Child Development or Early childhood Education from accredited college or university.
Five (5) to Seven (7) years of progressive, increasingly complex management responsibilities.
Direct experience in managing government funded program and working with families and communities.
Involvement in the community, state, regional, and national organization.
Computer skills; Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
License or Other Requirements:
Must have up to date physical and tuberculosis screening results.
Language Skills: English Proficiency is required. Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish is preferred.
