Salary Range $66,381 – $73,673
Community Housing Partnership (CHP) seeks a collaborative, systems-oriented and highly organized professional to manage a portfolio of grants and contracts that supports the mission of CHP. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Corporate and Foundation Grants Manager will further the mission of the agency and support the sustainability and growth through their public grant procurement and maintenance.
The Corporate and Foundation Grants Manager will serve as CHP’s primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio of grants and contracts; providing lead direction in all facets of grants management. This position is responsible to raise 1.5 million from Corporates and Foundations. Working in partnership with program, learning and evaluation, and finance staff, the Corporate and Foundation Grants Manager will coordinate the development and writing of grant proposals and contract renewals; ensure program and finance goals, deliverables, timelines, and requirements are met; develop and maintain a system for efficient and effective information management; and represent CHP in external meetings with other stakeholders, such collaborative meetings with partner agencies and trainings and coordination meetings convened by city funding agencies.
