Reporting to the Executive Vice President/COO, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the original proposal submissions, renewals, contract executions/implementation, and on-going monitoring of all contracts within the scope of service of the Behavioral Health Division. The Contract Administrator is responsible for developing and monitoring the service division in accordance with annual goals. Monitors all contracts to ensure compliance. Performs assigned administrative tasks to ensure that contract performance expectations for all programs within the service division are achieved. Reviews and monitors all monthly, quarterly and annual financial billing reports and service performance reports for funding sources and Volunteers of America as related to programs within service division. The Contract Administrator will track and report on all programs within service division in relation to their performance on Quality Assurance Standards of Volunteers of America, State, County and Federal regulatory agencies and contracted and internal outcomes goals as set.
