Knox County Homeless Coalition is seeking applicants for the position of Program Manager at our comprehensive youth program, The Landing Place. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader who will work closely with the Program Director to handle detail-oriented, administrative responsibilities and effectively and collaboratively manage a variety of challenging and often complex scenarios involving high-risk youth and various community stakeholders. Key areas of responsibility will include administrative operations, facilities, documentation and data collection, and community outreach.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, excellent organizational, critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Must be an excellent communicator with strong writing, interpersonal, and listening skills, able to employ sound judgement and build effective relationships with staff, youth, and community partners. Knowledge of community resources and services for children and adolescents, a plus.
