The schedule is Monday and Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 9:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. it is located in SE Portland.
The Counselor II works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment, providing addiction services to assigned clients; including developing or assisting in the development of service plans tailored to each client’s needs. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external resources to assure the best possible treatment for clients. This position involves participation and implementation of program goals and objectives to promote a strengths-based, client centered approach to assisting clients in achieving individual goals.
