Building Health & Recovery
WE ARE CODA
We provide medical treatment, teach parenting skills, carry out research and manage health records. We cook, we write, we keep CODA's buildings safe and clean. We run group counseling sessions, manage payroll, hire, train and support our 300 colleagues working in several locations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We are counselors, nurses, maintenance workers, accountants, leaders, medical assistants, case managers, administrative staff and doctors.
As an In-Reach Admissions and Treatment Coordinator you will work with our multidisciplinary team and community partners to engage patients in substance use treatment. We know that coordination of care is a key part of our patients' lives and you will make a difference by creating effective bridges between communities justice, corrections health and our team here at CODA. While you will conduct screenings and assessments to recommend clinical courses of treatment, you will also build and strengthen our patients' engagement in their treatment through your motivational and case management expertise.
