EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
Hebron Housing Services (HHS) is the oldest non-profit organization in Waukesha County fully dedicated to providing emergency, low-barrier, short-term shelter and long-term housing solutions to individuals and families. It operates three shelters: Juno House (formerly known as Hebron House), Siena House and Jeremy House, all which provide safe, warm assistance on an emergency basis. The organization’s mission is to restore hope and dignity for those on a difficult journey from challenging circumstances to stabilization and, ultimately, to end homelessness.
A qualified and compassionate individual is sought to lead HHS as its Executive Director. The ED participates in the creation of and oversees the implementation of the vision, mission, strategies, and programs, with a focus on staff management, program impact, and external relationships, including community partnerships and fund development.
The Executive Director is the lead spokesperson and responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations, and the planning, implementation, quality, and evaluation of all functions of Hebron Housing Services in accordance with non-profit best practices and policies set by the Board.
