Talent Acquisition Director (National)
At College Track, we know our success hinges on attracting and retaining a high-performing team. The Talent Acquisition Director is a key new position that will lead the design and delivery of strategies and practices for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding College Track’s talented team. This role reports to the Director of People Operations and will partner with the Talent Development Manager, the HR Manager, the Recruiter and key leaders across the organization to achieve results. The initial focus of this role is to build the talent acquisition strategies and practices.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Develop the talent acquisition vision and strategy to meet our goals as we regionalize and grow over the next five years
Develop and implement methods to build passive candidate pipelines and build College Track’s employment reputation to support current and future growth of the organization.
Redesign and implement a streamlined recruiting, selection, and onboarding process.
Lead the recruiting process for key leadership roles.
Assess talent-related technology and tools and lead any new tool selections and implementation.
Create and maintain measurement systems to evaluate effectiveness across all talent acquisition functions.
Manage and oversee 1-2 recruiters
Skills & Experience Required
4-year college degree, graduate degree preferred.
5+ years progressively responsible progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition working at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills including the ability to represent College Track effectively to outside organizations and individuals.
