The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key new position that will lead the design and delivery of strategies and practices for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding College Track’s talented team. This role reports to the Director of People Operations and will partner with the Talent Development Manager, the HR Manager and key leaders across the organization to achieve results. This role will lead and direct the work of 1-2 Recruiters. The initial focus of this role is to build the talent acquisition strategies and practices.
