As an Employment Practitioner, every day is a chance to match a candidate to an employer. Using Career Path Services Program and Employer Models, Employment Practitioners deliver comprehensive employment training, job placement and follow up services to a caseload of job seekers and employers, according to requirements of the funding contract. The stability of this position depends directly upon individual and team performance, goal attainment, and funding.
A successful Employment Practitioner will be performance driven, entrepreneurial, know how to take the broad elements of a program model and customize to the needs of the candidate and the employer. Our practitioners work in a collaborative relationship with other practitioners and leadership to meet goals of the program and fund source. In this role you will need an eye for detail, flexibility and the ability to work at the pace of business.
