The Development and Community Engagement Department at LAFH is seeking a consultant to work with our team to develop and improve donor management processes and protocols. Based on a department Needs Assessment that we have already conducted and outlined, the consultant would work with 5-6 staff members (including VP of Development and Community Engagement, Director of Grants, Director of Community Engagement, Communications Manager, Development Manager, and Executive Assistant to CEO) to define the steps and train the team on processes for collecting, entering, and reporting on donor and volunteer data. Ideally, this project would launch as soon as possible, with the bulk of work taking place in August and early September with periodic follow up from October thru March 2016. This is a consultant position and will be paid hourly with a maximum cap for the project. Hourly rate is estimated at $50-$75/hr, based on experience and project proposal.
