The Role: The Program Manager, Global Legal Program (GLP) is a new role within the Center’s Global Legal Program (GLP), developed to support a global portfolio with increasing and variable program management needs. This role will serve as a key function of the Global Operations team, supporting a diverse and flexible workload that responds actively to the evolving needs of the department. As we work to strengthen and expand our programs, this role will support GLP broadly and will be deployed to various GLP teams as needed, including for proposal development, work planning, reporting, budgeting, prioritizing, etc. This role will also be key to enabling the ongoing roll out of monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes across the organization. The Program Manager, GLP will report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations and will work closely with GLP teams and several teams across the organization, including Strategy, Evaluation, Action, and Learning (SEAL), Development/Fundraising, and Finance & Administration.
This position will be based in New York City.
