Care for the Homeless (CFH) is a growing not-for-profit health care and social service agency that serves the homeless population of New York City. CFH provides medical and behavioral health services at thirty shelters, soup kitchens, and drop-in centers throughout NYC, operates Susan’s Place, a homeless women’s residence as well as several Article 28 medical clinics located throughout the city.
This employee will work as part of the PCMH team with the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee travels regularly by automobile, subway or bus and is exposed to changing weather conditions. Care for the Homeless advocates for policies to ameliorate, prevent and end homelessness. We occasionally circulate policy information to employees and require that staff review it.
