Permanent position for a prestigious Jewish non-profit organization that is at the forefront of safeguarding Israel's security and combating the spread of international terrorism and Antisemitism.
In this pivotal role, you will assist their highly-visible and influential CEO/Executive Vice Chairman. Among your multiple responsibilities, you will be the point of contact with national and international political and business leaders. You will be responsible for: coordinating his complex travel itinerary; assisting with planning of his speaking engagements; coordinating the editing of their weekly newspaper; database management; coordinating the arrival of VIP visitors at the highest of levels; calendar management; and assuring a smooth-running office.
They seek: a college graduate with a minimum of 2 years of credible and stable administrative experience - preferably in the Jewish non-profit area; a deep familiarity with the Jewish community and traditions (A MUST!) and Israel-related issues; one who enjoys multi-tasking and prioritization under extremely tight deadlines; one who has highly-developed verbal and written communications abilities, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills (Word; Excel; Outlook) and database skills.
