Since Footsteps founding in 2003, the organization has served over 1,400 individuals. Footsteps budget has increased to meet the growing demand for services and, for the first time, will surpass $2 million in 2018.

Director of Development
Footsteps has an exciting opportunity for a fundraising professional who is talented and engaging to serve as the organization’s first Director of Development and to create a comprehensive fundraising infrastructure and team to grow Footstep’s revenue streams. The Director of Development will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of all fundraising activities designed to broaden awareness of and financial support for Footsteps. They are responsible for developing strategies to increase the organization’s resource generation, with a focus on individual donor engagement. The Director of Development works closely with the Executive Director, supervises a two-person development team, and is a member of the senior leadership team.
