The Donor Outreach Representative is charged with contacting, cultivating and soliciting established supporters as assigned. Educating donors on their planned giving options; contacting donors to thank/acknowledge and cultivate them; contacting ‘Friends of the Center’ to increase retention by identifying payment method and frequency and cultivating the relationship; and motivating and facilitating donors to increase their giving while maintaining and developing relationships with existing donors. The Donor Outreach Representative will build relationships emailing, calling, mailing handwritten notes and other touch points throughout the year. The Outreach Representative will also be assigned administrative and fulfillment duties relating to the donor contacts.
