Working as the Monitoring, Systems, and Analysis Lead at Shine Early Learning (WI) will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and professional growth. As part of the program's leadership team, you will be accountable for both ensuring that the data being used in the program is accurate and timely and partnering closely with the Director of Strategic Integration to ensure that the data is effectively utilized and integrated by the management team to drive compliance and quality.
