Lead Health Coordinator

Acelero Learning is a direct provider Head Start services in four states (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin).
Shine Early Learning partners with local organizations to support the delivery of high quality services through Shine Assist and Shine Implement programs. We are seeing a motivated leader to join our team as Lead Health Coordinator.
This position serves as a Lead Health Coordinator for a Head Start program. The Lead Health Coordinator plans and collaborates with other coordinators and staff in the Head Start program to ensure the health and well-being of all children in the Head Start program.
The Lead Health Coordinator will ultimately be evaluated on a combination of skills, dispositions and behaviors, some of which are related to the specific service area of this position and others that represent general expectations of all Acelero Learning employees.
Health Services: Uses knowledge of the principles of health services to manage and develop direct reports, collaborate with related service areas, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
The Lead Health Coordinator’s responsibilities chiefly fall under the following core functions, although s/he may perform other tasks as needed:

· Community Partnerships
· Service Coordination
