TerraCorps is an innovative national service program helping communities conserve and secure land for the health and well-being of people and nature. This winter we are looking for additional members to join our team! As a member you will serve directly with one of our nonprofit partners helping to engage communities in conservation, urban agriculture, and land access projects. Members serve as a Community Engagement Coordinators, Youth Education Coordinators, Land Stewardship Coordinators, or Regional Collaboration Coordinators.
Members serve in full-time (38 hour/week) positions from December 10th, 2018 (flexible start date)- July 26th, 2019. These 1,200 hour AmeriCorps positions receive a $9,916 living allowance, and $4,266 education award, and additional AmeriCorps benefits. We strongly encourage interested individuals to apply as soon as possible. Position offers and acceptances will be made on a rolling basis. The program aims to fill all positions by late November, but service sites will continue interviews as needed until all positions are filled. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as interviews will begin immediately.
