We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, results-driven Regional Events Manager who is responsible for achieving fundraising and awareness goals within the Ohio Valley, U.S region. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Maximize fundraising by identifying, cultivating and soliciting new relationships and participation including corporate sponsorships, teams, event activation committee volunteers and other event stakeholders
  • Provide oversight for and implementation of multiple community events; serve as an organizational ambassador at each Ohio Valley, U.S regional event
  • Ensure seamless organization, management and execution of event logistics and production
  • Create, manage and steward individual event budgets
  • Serve as the local primary contact and fundraising coach to answer queries / requests from event constituents

 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field; non profit management degree and/or fundraising coursework preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years successful peer-to-peer fundraising/sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
  • Previous volunteer management experience desired
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, organizational, problem solving & project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented culture of accountability

 

Location:

  • Home office based in Ohio, Kentucky, or Tennessee
  • No relocation assistance is provided
  • 50% travel throughout the Ohio Valley, U.S. is required
