A non-profit located in Hollywood is looking for a bilingual Spanish Office Manager for a 4-5 month long maternity leave. Job duties include ordering office supplies, building reports and making flyers, assisting with preparing grants and contracts, and paying invoices. The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall functioning of the non-profit. This will include distributing the workload among the administrative staff, overseeing the front office and ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner.
