The Assistant Director will manage all aspects of the Program under the supervision of the Director of the Documentary Film Legal Clinic (“Director”). The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with the Director and other administrators and faculty to develop clinical, experiential, and pro bono opportunities within the Clinic that ensure students receive high-quality educational experiences, and may also take responsibility for additional co-curricular engagements around legal issues related to the production and distribution of documentary films.

The Assistant Director will work with the Director to teach an in-house Documentary Film Legal Clinic in close consultation with faculty and administrators in the Law School’s Experiential Education Program. The Assistant Director will share pedagogic responsibility for the doctrinal and clinical components of the teaching with the Director, and will supervise and advise students in the Clinic in their case-work.
