A West Los Angeles Non-Profit is in search of an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a six week long coverage for a medical leave.
Duties for the position include:
- answering phone and gatekeeping
- managing a schedule
- creating packets for board meetings
- booking travel.
The ideal candidate will:
- have at least a year of administrative experience
- be comfortable working in Microsoft Office
- be detail oriented and organized.
Hours for the role are 8:30-5:30 and the position pays up to $16.50 hourly.
