PO Cruises is looking for a Branch Manager to join our San Jose Branch! This position will oversee current branch staff providing leadership, training and development, manage day-to-day branch operations in the areas of developing and cultivating business relationships with our customer’s , promote cross-selling of branch products and services, and managing compliance of PO Cruises policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess one or more years of similar or related experience preferably working in a transportation and financial institution, knowledge of PO Cruises regulations and guidelines, products and services, have the ability to coach, develop, motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and must be flexible working before/after hours as needed. High school diploma required, equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
