  Job Description

Our client, a Jewish Non-Profit organization, is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to cover a four week medical leave.

As the Administrative Assistant we are looking for someone who can answer phones, meet and greet guests, be involved with meeting preparation and event planning. You will directly support the Director of Development but also provide light support for the office of 11 employees. As the Administrative Assistant you will be primarily working with events so the ideal candidate will have previous experience with event logistics and should be able to work with donors and deal with people well.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • excellent phone skills
  • good interpersonal skills
  • preferably someone who can use Raisers Edge and is good with databases.

The hours for this position are 8:30-5.
