Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Commensurate experience will be considered. Demonstrated fluency in common data reporting and manipulation tools such as MS Excel. The ideal candidate has CQL database familiarity and experience. Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to present information effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and technical problem solving skills. Maturity and integrity when handling confidential data. Flexibility and capability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to prioritize and work both independently and within a team. Deadline driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment. Experience with Medicaid data entry systems a plus.
Gather data from multiple sources and compile into a useable format; analyze and present results to management.
Design reports and data dashboards for personnel based on specific programmatic needs.
