Teacher is responsible for leading and/or sharing responsibility for planning, organizing and implementing the care development and education of typically and atypically developing infants, toddlers and pre-school children from birth to age-five.
Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures, State Department of Education – Child Development Division regulations, Title 5 and Title 22 Community Care Licensing regulations. Developing and maintaining strong and caring relationships with infants, toddlers, children and parents through maintaining a primary caregiver relationship and continuity of care with each child and his or her family to help achieve the developmental goals of the child.
Computer skills required (microsoft office, DRDP Online, Educational software (Learning Genie), Enviroment Rating Scale, etc.
