REPORTS TO: Finance Director
Under general supervision, perform a variety of tasks in support of Human Resources & Finance activities. The primary function of the HR Specialist is to oversee job posting, recruiting and selection documentation, and on-boarding. The HR Specialist ensures and documents compliance for internal training, employee reviews, and annual employee documentation requirements and facilitates annual collection of employee census data. In addition they support the Directors team with meeting coordination and training presentations and back up finance and admin duties as needed.
