The Development Coordinator plays a vital integrative role in facilitating the smooth operation of a donor-centered development office. This position requires facility with database tools to record gifts and donor information, and produce mailings, segmented lists and analytical reports. S/he will provide assistance to the Director of Special Events to help maintain guest lists, acquire and catalogue auction items, and acknowledge donations. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, a high level of organization and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to the job.
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Coordinator will work with Director of Special Events, CFO and finance office staff, and senior management.
