We are seeking someone to develop strategies and campaigns for fundraising objectives and who can enthusiastically engage funders to help achieve our goals. A proven organized fundraiser with a history of raising a lot of money and shows concern for people and the community.

Will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors and the team to reach the targeted fundraising goals. Will set and execute a fundraising strategy to achieve ambitious goals for increasing revenue raised each year.
Minimum of ten years’ experience in fundraising with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Local fundraising experience, helpful. Strategic thinker in linking fundraising, marketing and communications. High achiever, very organized with consistent follow through and driven to achieve targets for impact. Develop a strategy utilizing data that aids in identifying meaningful funding streams. Able to measure and communicate fundraising successes and disappointments. Decisive on where to focus to create highest return on investment. Have led teams to success by nurturing and promoting their strengths.
