Position Summary: This position follows in line with Rocky Mountain Communities' (RMC) mission to provide suport services to the residents. The resident services manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing all programs and services that are offered to the residents. The resident services manager is expected to build a rapport with all residents.
Bachelor or Master degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Non-Profit Managment. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with people of low income, community developemtn or community organizing activities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Proven ability to work independently and effectively as an individual and part of a team. Proficiency with computer software - Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office.
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopiers and telephones. This role requires employee to have access to a vehicle, being out in the community representing RMC, being hands on and on your feet, and being responsible for groups of residents.
