Position Summary: Provides crisis counseling, intakes, individual, group and family counseling for female and male survivors of family violence, including domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse. Client base for this position is primarily adults but may include some children.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. At least 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting with adult victims of domestic violence and/or childhood sexual abuse. Ability to work two evenings during the week to accommodate the needs of the clients.
Certifications: LCSW, LPC or LMFT preferred. LMFT-Associates, LPC-Interns and LMSW’s who have completed a significant number of hours towards clinical licensure will be considered.
Licenses: Valid Texas Driver’s License

Working Conditions: Duties are usually performed seated with occasional periods of standing or walking. Limited physical effort is required associated with lifting and carrying objects (less than 25 lbs). Work may be performed, but is not limited to an office environment.
