Compensation: Starting at $13.75 hourly
Hours: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Benefits: 100% premium paid dental and vision. 89% premium paid medical. 403(b) retirement plan with 6% employer matching. $10,000 life insurance plan paid for 100% by employer. 10 paid annual holidays off, vacation, sick leave, & float leave.

ORCCA’s Housing Program Overview:
Oregon Coast Community Action (OR-CCA), is a private non-profit organization-501(c)(3) created in 1965 as the Community Action Committee, Inc in 1965 to serve the Southern Oregon Coast. The current name was adopted in 2006. ORCCA provides cost effective joint administration, leadership, and support for children's programs and emergency services on the Southern Oregon Coast. ORCCA operates multiple housing assistance programs aimed at helping individuals and families obtain stabilization. Housing programs are designed to help low income individuals, veterans and families maintain or transition into permanent housing. Services include but are not limited to deposit assistance, short and long-term rental assistance. Several programs also include personalized coaching from our Housing Retention Specialists. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work as a part of the housing team by assisting ORCCA with housing search and placement for rental assistance clients. Additionally, the Landlord Engagement Housing Specialist will foster ongoing relationships with current landlords and conducts outreach and engagement activities with new landlords and property managers.
