The ideal candidate can identify opportunities to improve HR policies, identify inconsistent policies and gaps, and propose changes to address risks. They should have exceptional client-facing skills, problem solving skills in times of ambiguity, analytical skills, execution skills, and best practices expertise. Additionally, the director shares responsibility with the Sr. Director of Operations in the design, development, and delivery of talent strategy and strategic human resources goals.
