The Manager, Compensation is a part of the Thresholds Talent Management Team, reporting to the Director, Benefits, Compensation & HRIS will plan, develop and implement compensation programs and develop, implement and maintain a salary administration plan, and ensure policies and procedures respond to organization goals as well as the competitive marketplace. The Compensation Manager ensures that the Thresholds compensation plan design and procedures are consistently administered in compliance with government rules and regulations.
